Work through a fast paces accumulation of Air Squats, Burpees, Sit Ups, Pike Toe Taps finished off with 6 minute AMRAPS of Burpees, Sit Ups and Press Ups. This class is designed for increasing stamina and strengthening core. Time: 18:00
