Weekly Exercise Classes

Taking place every Thursday at 6:00 at Point Hill Park (Please meet at concierge at 5:50 to head over as a team)

Weekly HIIT Class for all resident

Join Harold for our weekly HIIT Bodyweight, Strength and Tone class beginning on Thursday 16th September at 6:00pm only a short distance at The Point Hill Park.  The class will last for 45 minutes and will be the perfect way to prepare for your weekend.  The meeting point will be at concierge at 5:50pm or in the entrance to the park at 6:00pm.

High intensity, high energy bodyweight workout to get you on that adrenaline high, to boost your mood and get your heart racing to the beat of the music. Designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness levels, to increase metabolic rate and simply to get your sweat on! You'll be burning those calories for hours after this challenging but fun session too!

Please wear appropriate clothing for exercising and bring a drink with you to help keep you hydrated.
